What car should you like, but you don't?

I don't mean "What is a car other enthusiasts like that you don't?" I'm talking here about you. What's a car that meets all your criteria for a great car, and is very similar to/in the spirit of cars you love, but for some reason, you don't? My example: I like high-end luxury SUVs. I really like fast luxury SUVs like the various AMG tanks and supercharged Range Rovers. I should absolutely love the Porsche Cayenne. But I don't. It has nothing to do with complaining about the sacrilege nature of a Porsche SUV. Frankly, people who whine about that irritate me a little. I like the Cayenne okay, but for what it is, I should adore it, and want one in a painful sort of way. It's the long-reigning king of fast sports "utility" vehicles, and it is also no longer tragically ugly. And I love the new Macan, and the Touareg, and even the Q7. But for some reason, the Cayenne doesn't create any desire in me. What about you? What's a car that people who know you would think you'd like, but that you actually don't care for?

These are priced right where they need to be on the used market with like 20-30,000 miles. $20,000.

It should be a $22,000 car new. If it was that cheap, the hype would be justified.

E30 M3. I like BMW's a lot (my DD is the E34 Wagon I've posted many pictures of) and I have the blipshift shirt with the E30 on it. I like them, I just don't love them. They have an obscenely good chassis, but they just seem to lack in the power department. I guess I'm just spoiled by the high-power, low-displacement engines in modern M cars.

Gratuitous picture of my Bimmer (clamshell hoods are best hoods)

Performance/luxury wagons. I can identify the logic for my dislike though. Basically all of the "utility" of said wagon is nullified by the fact that I don't want to use my nice car the way I use a wagon.

Despite the fact that I have hauled around tires in my Audi, they are always in bags and I would never stack it ceiling high with racecar parts like I did with my old Subaru.

I love hot hatches, yet the Fiesta ST and to a lesser extent the Focus ST do nothing for me. I'd rather have a GTI.

Same goes for the new Mustang. Love muscle/pony cars, but the Mustang is to ugly and a step backwards from the generation previous I think.

And like you said luxury SUVs. Cayenne and Q7 are too unattractive.

Every few weeks I see someone post a story about ford bringing back the bronco. I love broncos. Theyre tough and rugged. Have a buletproof drivetrain and hail from a day when ford made real trucks instead of dad status symbols. I don't like the concept bronco. It looks huge and more than likely is very expensive. It will sell in large numbers but to middle age dads who want to relive their 20's. You will never see one off road because dads know better than to take their $50,000 truck off road. Ford I beg you. If you do bring back the bronco make it cheap. Make it affordable for everyone. Don't make it like the raptor and price it out of everyone's reach. You have the opportunity here to make a real jeep wrangler competitor. Do it right. Let's get some competition back into the off-road convertible market.

I was racing with one of the GM chassis engineers for the Caddy V projects who was driving a C6 Grand sport with mondo supercharged power and carbon brakes etc. We talked about my old c5z and what mods are needed to keep up with the newer c6 and c7. He quietly and politely said I should probably sell my car because it wasn't going to be possible. Crushed. Perhaps a body transplant is possible.
