ETA: I'm pretty sure that's less of an AT&T customer service issue and more of a "there are five times as many people trying to get the iPhone 6 than there are iPhone 6's in existence" issue.

Sounds like an AT&T issue if stock is an issue. We can get iPhone 6 more or less next day through our vendor (VZW)...
