I've been away from Oppo all day, as I was at an orchestra concert thing. I'm working on my next Blipshift design. Woo. Here's a teaser of what I've done so far. I started drawing an FR-S/BRZ but I realized that this is more iconic (and easier to draw).

They are easier, but this design is far more complicated than anything else I've done.

I think black. It's more recognisable as black, even though white was the original colour. Through the manga and anime, it spent of most of its major battles with the black bonnet after its engine swap.
