Everyone(everyone that commented) said that she is potentially interested in me and I should probably ask her out or something. But I'm an indecisive bastard, so, to settle this and clear my head on this one more time, What do you think Oppo?? Now with a voting poll.

If you're lazy and don't want to read it, here it is:

There's a girl in one of my Engineering classes once a week, who I can't help but notice is staring at me or turning to look in my direction multiple times during the class; and this has happened when I've sat in different spots in the room, including today(Oct. 21). I was sitting to her left, and she looked at me at least three times today. On one occasion, I we were watching a presentation in class, and I noticed out of the corner of mien eye that she was looking right at me, I waved slightly and she just stared and then looked away..I've never had this happen to me before and it's a little unnerving because I'm not sure whether or not to look back or do something. Am I over-thinking this Oppo? Looking too into this as usual? I'm honestly not sure how to approach this..

I should note that I have talked to her outside of class maybe twice and she's a very nice person, but I really doubt that she'd be interested in nerdy K-Roll..

You have absolutely nothing to lose by asking her out. If you don't you may miss out on your soul mate, or she'll say no. Either way as long as you ask you can't be worse off only the same or better. It's easy to ask if she wants to grab something to eat/drink after class. "I'm really hungry, want to go get something to eat with me?"

Technically yes, it is that simple, even though I know how daunting it seems on the first few go arounds. It may help to have something somewhat planned before; saying "do you want to do such and such this weekend" is easier than than "do you want to go on a date?"

If your nerves fail in the moment, just ask for her number instead. Then you can play the fun game of staring at your phone to work up your nerve.

What about the option to just strike up a conversation with her before or after class? Then you might get a better idea if this girl is a girl you'd truly be interested in going on a date with.

Also, considering the class runs once a week, dont dilly dally. Youll be surprised how fast a semester goes, and by the time you get the balls to actually converse with her, it will be over and youll never see her again!!!

Yeah, maybe ask her if she could help you with some homework over lunch/dinner/snacktime (doesnt matter if you actually need the help, but just a way to keep a backup topic in case things dont go good). Something class related...

The thing ive learned rather quickly is, you cant plan these things. You can initiate the event. But what transpires during that event will never be (for all intents and purposes) able to be planned. So you will have to think on your feet and go with the flow.

What im trying to express i guess, is this. I had a much better time going on a date with a girl whom i had many of conversations with casually, before hand. As opposed to straight up cold calling, and asking a girl id never truly had 'at length' conversations with, on a sit down dinner date.

Not to say you two couldn't click, but those are my feelings on the subject.

That's a question only you can answer for sure. But for you, I'd guess cars & coffee, an autox meet, a car meet, something non-automotive in you know what that is, just anything you do for fun. If you have fun and can relax because you're around things you know, she'll see you as fun and confident.

Ok, I had this problem too. The fact is she'll be too self conscious to notice anything you fuck up. I literally tripped down a flight of stairs the first time I asked a girl. I still got her # .
