There is not one 64GB iPhone 6 in any color within the entire state of Colorado. I have to order it and wait a week now. I hate my nokia so much, now Im just annoyed that I have to deal with it for 7 more days. #firstworldproblems

I just wanna keep my unlimited, iPhone specific data plan. That and Im thinking longterm, thats why Im getting the 6 and not the 5s. also why Im not just settling for the 16gb, which is in stock locally

you don't have to justify it to me man, it's a good phone in it's own right. a bit too pricey for me though.. I recently bought a broken nexus 4 and fixed it for under $80.

I have a 5C. The GF needed a charger for her MacBook Pro ($80 for the dual mode!). Her employer will buy her any phone she wants, whenever - she has two 5s now (one US, one international b/c of her business). We looked at 6 and 6+ and she said "meh." The 6 isn't a big enough improvement over my 5C to make me switch, and the 6+ is a bit too big, although with use it might prove the right phone for me. Year left on the contract, so I'll wait.

So I havent taken anything electronic apart in a very long time (laziness) so because I was rusty, I damaged the ribbon cable on the display assembly that controls the facetime camera, the digitizer and the proximity sensor. It technically still works, but I cant use it because the screen wont accept my touch input. Ribbon cables are incredibly easy to damage by the way, I knew this going in.

I think its a design flaw, theyd probably have to redesign the case molds to create more bracing

My wife and I ordered our 6 Pluses on pre-order day (September 12th) and they arrived on October 7th, even though Verizon said don't expect them until the 24th. I was pleasantly surprised, since all of the local stores are saying they won't have any in stock until Thanksgiving-ish.

I loved mine when it was new back in 2006, but now its showing age. The case is cracking, it drops service randomly and the ear speaker craps out sometimes. Its just too old to work well anymore. I wish they still made them.

That would be the eventual replacement for my ipad 2 once it croaks. well that or an 11inch macbook air coupled with a 27inch imac to replace both my ipad and macbook. Depends on when either one decides to die, if they die close enough to eachother in the calender, i'd do the air/imac route
