I wasn't planning on pre-empting any drama, but I just saw that the Drama Bomb posted to Gawker has been shared to Oppositelock. If you want to discuss "Gamer-Gate," how companies spend their advertising funds, the righteousness/hypocrisy/selloutness of the Gawker Media Brass, or the overwhelming saltiness that seems to be rapidly consuming the entire Gawker Media universe, keep it civil. If you don't want to keep it civil, you'll find plenty of company over at Gawker.

Technically he's the corporate overlord in these parts, but I like to think of him as "our good friend Matt™".

It seems more welcoming and friendly.

Also, it directly relates to everything that happens at a high level within Gawker Media. This is big, and Gawker (and Deadspin and Kotaku - And Matt as well, given that he has corrected rumors and directly responded to allegations) are right in the middle of the entire thing. I understand why Matt shared it, and truth be told, am glad that he did, because otherwise it could be misconstrued if anyone else did.

The problem is that Gawker almost seems to be as unhinged as the gamergate assholes.
