In the larger context, no. Were it without any additional posts that seemed to be forming a pattern, I wouldn't take any issue with it. But when you see posts like this here and on twitter (and possibly other places), you start to see a pattern.

I see what you mean by larger context and I agree with you. I just wanted to point out that that particular comment at least made a little bit of sense to the conversation
