I am going to request they NOT sandblast my teeth, and inadvertently my gums, tongue and lips with their newfangled equipment.
What ever happened to a simple industrial tooth brush with the rubber tip, and mint paste?

I was literally just at the dentist, they said if everyone brushed and flossed like me they would be out of business.

I'm going to ask them to sandblast my frame while they are at it.

But if you don't sandblast your teeth, you won't be able to powder coat them...

NOICE.
I was told I had a "rare mouth" since I have all my wisdom teeth, and "a mouth with room for them".
I think that last part was a bit of an insult....

That... is not how my appointments go.

Every time I go to the dentist, they insist I need to do a better job brushing and flossing. I've never had a cavity, and all of the teeth I've had pulled have been down to genetics (i.e wisdom teeth). My younger sister's always been praised for her dental hygiene habits, yet she's had three cavities. I can't help but be suspect...

sandblast???? wtf. My gf is a hygenist, I should ask her about this madness.

It was some saline/mint/pressure wash arraignment. Not fun when it hit the gums.

that sounds horrible. Also fun fact: it's widely agreed that the polishing step doesn't really do anything. It's the scaling that's important. At least that's what I'm told. So I have no idea why they would make it a more messy step when it's not that important.

I had the ultrasonic scaling, then the sandblasting to remove some tea stains. And add blood.

ahh, my gf says that ultrasonic is awesome. But still I don't get the sandblasting. Isn't it a mess?

It was. I had to wear goggles. And afterwards my cheeks felt like they had a light coating of minty sand on them.
