The shape of the wood section makes it look like they put a car front end on a caravan. Worlds first motorhome?

Wooden bumper! Why didn't others brands use this?
The windshield is weirdly small but it still looks nice.

It's a one off, built by Delahaye as a gift to one especially favoured racing driver. As to the letter box windscreen, it's the equivalent of a concept car and practicality wasn't a consideration.

That's one lucky guy. Sadly Delahaye didn't live very long after building this.
