Saw this in a parking lot. From a distance I thought "C1 corvette" but... nope. Triumph?
EDIT: I will personally come to your house and piss in your oil if one of you smartasses say "It's a Ford Ranger"

Ooh, sweet! I'll have to send this to my mom, then. She used to have one of these:
The only car happier than a Miata NA.

You found a Austin Healey 3000! Good find. I love these cars. I've driven one just like it, and one in the same blue but without the two-tone paint job. Lots of fun.

That is a bug eyed (or frog eyed) Sprite, technically a rebadged MG Midget - aka The Spridget. The car from your pick above is the 3000, or a kit-car version, there were a few early kit car makers that made Austin-Fakey 3000s before the current Fauxbra nonsense took over.

I'm constantly amazed how, on a blog all about cars, nobody knows what a Lambo looks like.

That blue is so pretty. Wow.

That's a sprite, the car in he pic was a 3000.

That's actually an interesting bit of trivia with the Midget. I didn't know that.

The Mark 1 'bug-eye' Sprite was only ever sold as an Austin-Healey. BMC only started badging them as MGs with the Mark 2, which shared only the powertrain with the Mark 1. So, more correctly, the 1961-onward MG Midget is a rebadged Sprite.

No the Spridgets were from the Mk.II onwards. The Mk.I Frogeye didn't have a rebadged counterpart within BMC (rare). This is a Mk.1 Midget, built after 1961:

Dood Lamberghini never made Honda Accord Coupés.

It's a thing of beauty is what it is. The Austin Healey Mk3 Phase 2 is a piece of automotive art.
It even has it's original British licence plate on the front.

Oh yeah, what was I thinking..

To be fair if I looked at BMCs entire lineup back in the day I had assumed that there was an MG version of the Frogeye too.
