I've seen multiple elderly couples drive these here in South Florida. I've also seen a woman in her late 60s driving a Golf R. Her own Golf R.

Where I come from, small hatchbacks are the old person car of choice, though they tend to opt for Vauxhalls and Skodas and the like.

But the performance model? With the teenager exhaust?

Admittedly, that is rather less common. I did once have the pleasure of knowing an older gentleman who drove a Focus ST, though.

I was about to bash her for putting the "Tricolore" stripe on a normal 500, but now that it's an Abarth, do sent her my regards!
