!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! My dad and I just got in and she's safe in the garage. It started with a bit of hesitation, ran kinda rich at first but it started to clear out. Then going up the hill it started raining like crazy and the check engine light came on and felt like it was running rich again. Whatever. I'm just glad It's home and still runs! Full check over coming tomorrow. (pic semi related)

Good to hear. I hope it's nothing major!

I had this problem on mine when I bought it. Only would happen when it was really humid or raining. Replaced the water thermistor and voila, problem solved.

Check this thread to see if it applies to you. Sounds like it does. http://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.…

Hooray! If it runs, it's unlikely that there's any lasting damage – those symptoms sound like damp electronics to me. Give it a couple of days to dry out, and I bet it will be fine.
