Today, I found myself in the awkward position of resigning from a job I've only been in for a couple of weeks. But it was worth it, because on Monday I start a job that pays thousands more and is just two miles from my house. I'll be the communications planner for a large financial services firm. This is gonna be good.

Nice bro. I had to do that once, but I was leaving a shit part-time job for my first career position. And I quit on the spot after working 3 days. I felt like an ass, but it jump started the rest of my life so I'm short on regrets.

I volunteered to work the rest of the week, but since I'm so new, they told me I could just head home today. But it's on the books as a resignation, not a firing. They were very understanding.

Do you have experience doing that? I bet that might be fun of course I imagine being able to write some funny oddball stuff so I can't imagine that jive'n with corporate stuff.
I am looking for anything so I was mostly joking. I took some time off school to figure out what the crap I wan to do with me self and I am really struggling. Been looking for anything and not getting responses or finding anything I would want to do. But I will be back in school in spring and graduate with a associates or art in visual communications despite having 130 somethign credits I just have no idea what I want to do but want to just graduate and either go to another school or figure something else out. Sorry kinda got personal and stuff.
