Well I've noticed the change on other sites for about a week now, and usually they put out some sort of Kinja-wide post with their rationale after testing it out in a few places.

I shared this to the main page so someone should be with you shortly. Once they grant you authorship, you'll have an option in the "Publish on" drop-down menu to choose Oppositelock. Save as public and viola! You're one of us.

Thanks Kyle, I spend a lot of time on this site and want to contribute, but this is the most convoluted thing I've ever seen. Oppo is "following me" but as of a few minutes ago my only option to post is on Kinja, not a particular site such as Oppo or Jalop. I hope this gets resolved quickly, or I'll throw in the towel.
