What do you guys think...is it flat?
Oh well, at least I have a nice, normal, conventional spare tire to put on that isn't a pain in the ass at all:
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

idk man I think if you limp home you'll be fine.
But seriously, fuck DC area roads.

Yikes. And at least you have a spare and not the repair kit. I don't think any amount of Slime would take care of that wound.

Is it just me, or is that spare rim fly as fuck?
![]() 10/13/2014 at 17:27 |

Is the rim bent / broken or is that just the angle?
![]() 10/13/2014 at 17:29 |

Put that on something tiny, like a miata.
Mini-Donk. Super fly.

It's nicer than the regular wheels on some of my cars. 175-wide isn't even "that" skinny.

hmm, crunch.
also, that spare rim is pretty fly, i'm not going to lie.

Nah, rim is fine.

check that wheel if it's bend

It's hilarious. Why does my spare say AMG on it...? Instead of that can I just have a regular full size spare instead of this inflatable crap argggg
![]() 10/13/2014 at 17:39 |
|
Because that would have REALLY sucked.
![]() 10/13/2014 at 17:40 |

Nah, it's fine. Thank goodness lol.

good, that's good man, they can be pricey. Are the other tires fairly new?
![]() 10/13/2014 at 17:43 |

Because AMG owners always have to pay for the more expensive thing!
HAVE FUN

All the tires are roughly 6,000 miles old.

Brutal! What did you hit? A homeless dude in the gutter with a knife in his hand?
![]() 10/13/2014 at 17:49 |

i'd check the opposite tire's condition. Might have to get 2 to keep them even and eliminate tire pull

Something like that. Also known as a pothole on the beltway.

I'm glad it didn't fudge up your wheel rim!
![]() 10/13/2014 at 17:54 |

Sure hope not. Them things are like 400 dollars each...
They are all pretty new I don't think that will be an issue...

Tire cannot into tire anymore

Does your tire change kit have the nice cloth gloves that have a bow tie tied on them so you don't get your hands dirty? I always thought that was a nice touch. Sadly the spare in my mercedes doesn't look near as good as yours.
![]() 10/13/2014 at 18:22 |

Sweet, you just need three more....
![]() 10/13/2014 at 18:26 |

yeah me too, whew
![]() 10/13/2014 at 18:26 |

yeah, those gloves are hilarious lol
![]() 10/13/2014 at 22:41 |

That is not a tire. That is a rubber band wrapped around a wheel.

I imagine many cursings were said at the time

Please tell me that spare isn't inflated yet. If not, that's possibly the shortest sidewall I've ever seen
![]() 10/14/2014 at 12:27 |
|
Yeah, not inflated yet. When inflated, it's maybe half an inch thicker. Still super, super thin.

They cost more now, but for a while donuts were just $7.00 each at Pull-A-Part. I kept trying to find them in Ford Focuses when I had my Mustang. (The Mustang had a full-size spare, or at least mine did. The Focus was about the same diameter but only like 4 inches wide or whatever.) It was the only way I was going to be able to do burnouts and get oppo without the help of water, ice, or dirt. But, of course, I could only find the ones that people drove on for the past 600 miles...
