White Knight and Spaceship 2 escort a Virgin America A320. From 2011, but still pretty damn cool. Was part of the Terminal 2 opening at SFO.

I got to see White Knight and Spaceship 1 as well as meet pilot Mike Melvill at Oshkosh in 2005. Once in a lifetime experience.

If I had been sitting on the starboard side, I would have been crawling in somebody's lap across the aisle. That is friggin' awesome. It looks like something out of a sci-fi movie, where some alien spacecraft pulls alongside to check you out. Simply amazing.
