So I guess its not really a school as much as it is a tourist attraction, but it is a shit load of fun. And I think it's time for me to go back and drive some new toys...
Since the last time I was there they have added:
991 GT3
991 Turbo
Huracan
Stingray
Sadly, they only buy things with Auto / DCT transmissions, but, still a blast to get out there and flog some cars around.

Is this Exotics Racing at Vegas? I've been there twice and once to Dream Racing. Exotics Racing is more expensive but has the nicer track, but Dream Racing has a full spec GT racing F430. Next time I'm back in Vegas I'm driving that.

That GT3... Might have to get in on this the next time the company that makes the rounds comes back to these parts.

Yes it is, I've driven their 997 Turbo S, R8 V10, and F430 Scud. I thought about doing the Dream racing thing but they seem to be really strict on driving (as in, if you push harder than they want, they pull you off the track), where as Exotics is pretty laid back with you, especially if you have track experience. I have also done the Richard Petty experience, which was... interesting. I am not a huge NASCAR fan, so take it for what its worth, and the experience of driving a sprint car down the track was interesting. I did, however, fell like the cars were toned down. I had the fastest speed and lap time out of the group that night, at 152 mph (don't know the lap time off hand), that being said, I had my personal Mustang going 160-something around the same track.

Yea thats the one I am eyeing up the most. Driving their 997 turbo on the track and seeing how well it was balanced compared to the F car and the Audi is what really sealed the deal for me on Porsches. While I am not a fan of the now PDK only GT3, I would love the opportunity to flog one around a track, no matter the transmission.
