If in doubt, it's a replica. In this case the roll hoop, side pipes, and hood scoop all seem slightly off.
Doesn't make the sound any less glorious though.

Assume it's a replica.
If it looks legit, see rule #1
If you follow these two simple rules, you will rarely be wrong. Compared to the continuation cars, and all the replicas built since 1967, you have a very, very, good chance of being right.
And if your wrong? Start gushing and whip our your camera. It's a special day, you've seen a pre-CSX4000 cobra.

I think the Cobra and the Lotus Seven are among thefew cars that are cool as replicas. Because it's not about the brand pretend, but about the concept.
