I would probably never buy the two-door. However, the Quattroporte is on my list of exotics I'd actually drive.

I just can't call it an "exotic" in the way I see the word used. It's more of a "show-off" like "look at me! I have money snob snob snob" kinda brand to me, Maserati.

I would agree with that. Maserati is kind of like Aston Martin for people who like to be seen.

It's the sound, I'd buy one just for the noise if I had too much money. A Quattroporte though so my kids could enjoy the noise with me.

Bmw has terrible interiors. Great performance, but their interior just isn't as elegant as a maserati.

Yes. Look at that bullshit tacked on nav display. And the crappy plastic looking radio.

Compare that to the wood grain on the maserati and the nicely integrated nav screen.

Admittedly I actually prefer the cadillac style chrome and gloss trim, but the bmw plastic isn't glossy. It's just kinda dull.
