Apparently some bloke in my town has an Airliner in his backyard. Do you have any idea what sort of jet is this?
And oh, how hard can it be to buy a used ariplane for this purpose?

Boeing 737-200ADV, I think. Maybe older...as it appears to have been there for a considerable amount of time.

It's a 737.

Looks like an early model Boeing 737, though something about those engines looks a little odd. They don't look quite like the original cigar-style engines.

It does look like one..
Seriously i have a poor knowledge on old jets.

That's an OLD 737, maybe 737-200. Janet flew them recently, though I think they've since all been retired.

Maybe that guy bought it without engine?

That livery looks pretty close to that jet...

I guarantee the jet you found is not a former Janet plane.

Yeah, that's reasonable since 737-200 in Indonesia were really common until early 2000's, i remember that particular type was banned when this crash happens:

Very cool. I would totally buy that.

Me too!
Seriously rather than living in normal house, i rather bought a non-airworthy 737/747 and live inside it.

I would do that too. I think a 777 would be the perfect size for a home of two.

They aren't that expensive, a flying one is 150k(U.S.). Just the fuselage shouldn't be that bad.

That's..
surprising. I might be able to afford them one day!

In the mainland US, maybe. Airlines operating in frozen airfields in Alaska and northern Canada effing love them because they're tough as nails and can handle the tough conditions.
Taken 9 months ago, according to airliners.net.

It's definitely possible. However, might I suggest the 787:

Check this place out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/747_Wing_…
I'd rather have the complete aircraft, preferably using the cockpit for flight simulation.
