How do I fix a board of wood on this sucker? I'm not touching the 4 bronze bolts for they seem to hold the entire chair together and that's how the seat reclining mechanism works (Toyota is weird). The seat fits my body really well.
I was thinking of drilling into the metal plate and bolting the wood onto that, but my issues is that the plate has this weird curvature to it so it is not a flat surface. Suggestions? Thanks.

No way to pull the slides off - they're part of the whole structure/recline setup? If you can yank the slides alone, that's where to attach. If you can't, then attach to the slides, since you'll have something ugly sticking out in the way anyway.

Unbolt rails, bolt wood where the rails went.

do you want the rails on there? you could take the seat rails on and bolt to those mounting points. You should be able to press the handle, slide the rails all the way forward then back and expose the mounting bolts for the seat rails. Those should come off without making the seat fall apart.

Is this to turn it into a desk chair? If so and if it was me I'd weld two pieces of steel between the seat rails and either bolt the wood to that or bolt the seat frame directly to the steel. That would keep the slides working.
Without a welder it gets more complicated if you are unwilling to at least temporarily unbolt the rails.

I wish I had access to a welder. I would've done that. Thanks!

No I don't want them. Good thinking with sliding them to reveal the bolts.

I'll try to remove the rails.

Drive it up to RI and I'll weld it up for you. :)
