I can finally get rid of the P.O.S. tires that are on my very tired Focus. I found a pretty good deal from Discount Tire on Ebay. $250 for a set of four, with free shipping. I really couldn't beat that price, even Tire Rack was at least $50-$60 more.

Now, to get them mounted and balanced. And fix a wheel bearing/axle issue. Then new brakes, shocks, struts, and the "Lifetime" air filter all need to be replaced. The life of an appraiser's car is hard and short.

They're 205-50-16's, from Nankang, which is a inexpensive Chinese brand. I was going to go with Fuzions, which I've had good luck with before, but other expenses sort of forced my hand. I did my best for online research, and didn't find any horror stories, so I hope they hold up. I typically get 25 - 30K out of any tire I buy, just because of the abuse my car takes, as I use it for my work.
