I at one point thought this would be a good idea, but in highschool, I realized that if anyone else had thought it was a good idea, they would have done it, and because of the conservation of energy, you would actually just end up with shitty aerodynamics.
But solar panels might be beneficial, or something else to harness energy from somewhere other than the car's motion.
