He spray painted his wheels, tires, brakes (due to leaving the wheels on the car while painting), and tail lights. When he hits his brakes, it is impossible to see his tail lights. The car is a beige 2002ish Honda Accord V6. I'll try to get pics tomorrow.

I hate people that paint or dip their taillights, especially on dark colored cars; if that person get's rear ended, it's their fault.
