Not really car related but I need your help.
I was cleaning my ears out last night and I think I may have jammed some ear wax way up in there. I cant hear out of my right ear, its like the feeling of having water in your ear, but it wont come out. I tried digging a bit with a q-tip, but I didn't want to go to far and damage something. Tips / tricks / suggestions. I likely can't make it to a doctor until Saturday and I would really like to hear again sooner than that if I can.
Have some M5 for your troubbles

Not a doctor but had same issue. Warm (not too hot or youll do damage) water should dissolve and dislodge, then clean with Q tip.

I second the peroxide. It breaks up earwax like nobodies business.

Well, good news is, it's not Lupus.
Bad news, according to WebMD, it's cancer.

Some hydrogen peroxide will help. It makes a weird bubbling noise in your ear, but is perfectly harmless. Then, go to the doctor and ask them to clean your ears. People build up earwax at different rates, and I build it up at F1 speed. I have to have my ears cleaned out by a nurse (the doctor only comes in to look when the job's done) about once a year. If it's really bad buildup, they will do one ear at a time, putting a solution in your ear first to soften the wax, either H2O2 or something else. They they will use a big ass syringe or maybe a Waterpik to literally blast the wax out of your eustachian tube with water. You'll be amazed at how much shit comes out of your ear. The process can make you feel a bit dizzy at first, but that wears off quickly.
But go get it done. And never stick anything in your ear that is smaller than your elbow. You could rupture your eardrum and that would suck.

Also, bobby pin is shaped correctly to pull the wax out rather than just impact it more

Q-tips are not to be used inside ears! Says right on the box.
Jammed up ears and worse, perforated ear drums are common for people who do that.
Your best bet is to irrigate with warm water or go have a doctor clear it (don't worry, they see multiple people each week with this problem...it's not uncommon at all)

Thought maybe you had a bad experience with hydrogen peroxide when you were a child or something. Like a big bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide took you to the park and exposed itself to you.

I actually did that before, the rupture part... It was a partial, but it sucked, and my hearings never been the same in that ear, and fortunately, it's my other ear, so hearing is down to about 40% now...

Well obviously, but what about my ear?

Well I don't read instructions... See my name, that literally translates to "Instructions, HA! Where we're going, we don't need instructions".

Go to Walgreens and get an ear wax removal kit. http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/ear-wa…
You could also try squirting a little hydrogen peroxide into your ear canal. It'll tickle like crazy, but it might break down some of the oil in the wax.
You should probably go to your doctor though. Messing with stuff in your ear canal is usually best left to a pro.

Take syringe
Fill syringe with H202
Shoot it all up in there
Not too hard, though. It doesn't need to come out full blast.
