I have yet to see any on the road. Then again, it looks like any other Cruze. Does anyone know how the first recent American diesel sedan is doing?

Not really. http://www.greencarreports.com/news/1093610_c…
TL;DR: Predictions put the numbers a 10% of Cruze sales. Its a 2% as of the end of July.

Wow. I could have answered my own question through a quick google search!

Interesting. I didn't expect them to sell well, though. A lot of people can't get over the initial cost of diesel versus the cost of gas at the station.

I have no idea, but there's a tune for it that gives it insane amounts of torque

I have been following it with alot of my dealers. Some in certain areas cant get enough of them, though in most locations they cannot give them away. Just too bad, it was a good effort by Chevy to do a diesel passenger car. Can't wait for the typical Chevy resale value to kick in. There is no way they are retaining value like a TDI

I saw one at a Costco a little while ago. I may have been slightly unreasonably excited by it and gotten some funny looks from my companions.
Based on that, it's probably not selling well.

I test drove one before getting a 328d. It's way louder and more diesel truck sounding than the BMW or any VW diesel product. I doubt they sell well. They also only come in fully loaded trims.

A neighbor of mine has a silver one, possibly the only one in town.

There's one on my street. It's quiet and unassuming.
