Yeah, that's a 27-liter-RR Meteor-engined, 650 HP custom torpedo hot rod. The body's all teak and aluminum.
The interior looks appropriately steampunk and terrifying:
Quoting Hemmings:
The creation of the car's new bodywork was entrusted to Fort Lauderdale boat restorer CF Boats, and everything from the windshield back was built from scratch. Teak wood was used to form the torpedo body, and red leather was chosen for front and rear seat upholstery. In choosing the gauges for Thunderbolt's cockpit, J.P. went to great lengths to ensure both functionality and a period-correct look. The result is a hot rod of the finest order, in the spirit of the Blastolene Brothers, and the car's $187,000 selling price (which initially cracked the top-10, but fell out when post-sale deals were tabulated) was an impressive result.
And here's a video:

Oh god. I love everything about that beast. I could spend hours parked in a tunnel listening to that engine. At my age I don't need good hearing anyway.
