thats just a stuffed/fake/fuzzy ornament that my mom bought right after our old cat died. Then, we adopted the fat-ass (seriously, maggie was 18 pounds. closer to 15 now)

I've been drinking so I can go awwwwe. 18 isn't bad depending on the breed - we had a Maine coon who topped out at 27 when he died. Sammy (the fluff ball pictured) is ~12 lbs and he was the runt of the group (he's a bit special too) but his sister whom my sister has is already at 15lbs at under 2 years old. The Maine coons grow til they're 3.
