Click "manage"

I recommend unchecking them. I know a lot of people know about this, but I bet a ton didn't.

It's great if you want people to be able to click on your name and actually be able to find the posts you've made. If someone comments a lot it can be really hard to find the posts they've written if they haven't unchecked the boxes.
