The Citroen C4 Cactus.

Last night whilst playing Forza Horizons 2 a couple Opponauts and I were talking about cars and I brought up the Cactus. It's pretty strange to see in real life, the rubber things on the sides are what really get me but, according to Citroen they have a purpose.
