With fuel restrictions, can F1 engines rev high enough for the V-TEC to kick in, bro?

On a side note, aren't they fixed by regulation to be non-vvt?

Even though they increased the RPM limit to 15K, without extra fuel, going over 12K is pretty much impossible without decreasing the size of the cylinders.

What does the FO rulebook state?

FO covers only the rules of Formula Oppo.

I just worry that the rulebook isn't prepared for the thick atmosphere of Titan.

The rules are prepared for all racing conditions and sudden Bernie mood swings.
