Hm... Your best bet would be from one of the Japanese makers, like Tomica and Kyosho, best place to go for these would be Ebay. Search for welovinshop on eBay, they have a fairly decent selection of Tomicas and TLVs and are great to buy from.

I'm in the same boat. I'd love to have either a diecast or a build-it-yourself model of my Neon but all I can find is models of the SRT-4, not the regular car.
