Tex Johnson, test pilot, once did a barrel roll in a Boeing 707 as an unauthorized demonstration. Airbus, apparently, doesn't like to be one-upped, did a special roll of their own.

From what I understand, any airliner is capable of acrobatic maneuvers, due to the the envelope of their engineering. So although these demos are impressive, they aren't particular to a specific model.
Its just the ones that they show off for us...

As long as they are essentially 1G rolls, yes.
