I have my browser set to show more text so the preview image was small on the screen. Looked like a road going off into the horizon with trees on either side. I was expecting this fine SEGA gem, but I should know better.
BTW, check out Game Sack on youtube if you haven't already. Good stuff.

Level 1-2 has a similar trick where you can get unlimited lives too.
