It is kind of a problem. I remember seeing about 4 scooter accidents in one day. But mostly it is people bitching to bitch.

That's the problem part. Not all are that way, but I would imagine most are. But I know some guys at my 2nd job that use a scooter to get around, and get to and from work. That is all they have because it is all they can afford.
