Just saw the reveal pictures on Autoblog, and Mercedes is definitely making that car cost a ton now because the car they revealed has an iPad sized center screen and on one of the pictures I think it's equipped with a Burmester sound system which I think this is the first time it's been an option on an "entry-level car." I've heard of Burmester on Porsches, but this is the first time I saw it on a Merc, and a C-Class too O_O

People don't want to spend more on a larger car they don't need just to get features they are interested in.
Its why you can have a Ford Focus in Canada for 30k fully loaded. Its why the 3 series, A4 and now C Class can be so heavily specced out, because sometimes people just need that and nothing more.
