Looks a lot like a factory-original version of the GTN Automotive targa top add-on for 997 and 996 cabrios, minus the stowed convertible top underneath, of course.
I always wondered what a modern 911 would look like with a blacked out/dark tone windshield frame and b-pillar hoop and side mirrors, and tinted rear wrap-around glass.
