Surprisingly it was not in Florida. It was in Ohio's Florida, Hamilton.
Edwin Charles Tobergta pleaded guilty to a charge of public indecency today. His attorney had entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity last month, but the judge found Tobergta competent to stand trial.
Police arrested Tobergta in June after a ten-year-old girl witnessed his actions. He's been arrested for similar incidents in the past.
He'll be sentenced in November.
