Not too much information about this, garage kept, single owner, only driven 37,000 miles, manual windows & locks, auto transmission. So NPOCP?

No accidents, except for the one that claimed the passenger front marker?

Still.... the price is borderline for a 28 yr old car. There is probably a lot that either is or will be deteriorating soon. I'm on the fence here, I want to say NP but it's getting to the point where it could be a CP mechanically.

I imagine parts are less than common but not difficult or impossible to find.
