Why does it have an R rating? You can do damn near everything in a PG-13 movie now-a-days (including nudity for reference: Titanic). What the hell do you need to do to get an R rating?

“Rush” is rated R because of "nudity, alcohol and drug consumption and extreme racetrack peril."

I'm particularly looking forward to the "extreme racetrack peril" parts myself. Oh, and the nudity, of course. I posted the NYTimes review earlier today.
