Yes, this is one of the design proposals of the Maserati Quattroporte V that reached production in 2004. This proposal is from 1999, and it almost looks like the final car already. You can sort out the differences yourself!

It got too expensive, so it needed a Maserati badge to justify the cost. Just like the Ferrari California was supposed to be a Maserati
