next week I'll write a piece on this "little" beauty.

I'm not trying to get a huge amount of comments or anything, but I'd really want to make sure that as many opposites as possible will see this thing. SO, the question is, when should I post this thing on oppo? I live in Norway (GMT +2 / CEST), so posting it when I get home from work would perhaps result in very few of you actually seeing this.

Schedule the post. I always schedule mine around 19:00 , that way most people see it.

To a certain degree yes, not to the same scale as in sweden but fairly popular.
