No, this is video from the crash earlier. I hadn't found any video of it.
They had a great aerial view that showed the #551 LMP2 just not accelerate. The LMP behind it got into it, 551 got turned, and then it all went downhill from there.
For shame, Level 5.

Good thing that the flagman got out and starting waving the red flag....no telling what might have happened if the pile of cars had gotten to him under yellow....

First year they held it all the cars went into turn 1 and I think a Vette caused a big pile up.

It's hard to say exactly where the blame lays. From the onboard of the 551, he seemed to keep his distance from the Muscle Milk car at the start, but the left lane just started while the right lane didn't. It looked like the Dyson car was already way ahead at the start, which it really shouldn't be as it was supposed to start second. At Lime Rock, for example, there seemed to be a lot of confusion about the starting procedure, where the Dyson car got a big jump. We'll have to wait for the driver interviews to see what they were all thinking.
edit: Jumped start for the Dyson car.

Dyson just got a stop + 60 for jumping the start (on the second restart). So I think Dyson helped out the issue.
