I'm currently sitting here doing nonsense that I really shouldn't be doing, except that I'm planning to use it to ask for a raise, because *I'm* the one who goes in at 4AM on a holiday weekend Saturday and is there till noon.

I really would rather be fixing my bike.

I would begin with a new monitor. That appears worse than office space. Good luck and I hope you do burnouts in the parking lot on saturdays.
