I'd pay 2900 for the first one.
I would not pay 6500 for the second one.

Engine bay looks a lot cleaner on the second one, plus I like the body lines a lot better. Crack pipe on both though, 6500 is too much for a '70s Toyota that isn't a Celica or a Supra. Maybe 4500.
