First one asked me to rate things and feelings from worst to best.

Second one had 3 parts: calculations, pattern recognition as well as statements to agree/disagree/undecided

2 employment interests, 2 separate tests.

First was rather simple and took 20 minutes.

Second test was multi-part and about 60 minutes long.
