I read these two articles recently. Some of this may have been covered elsewhere on Jalopnik.
Info on the Transit diesel... looks like it will be the DOHC 20V 3.2L I5, probably making 197HP and 347 torques:

And the Dodge Ram with a 3L V6 diesel will have 240HP and 420 torques. And the pricing will be $2850 more than the a Hemi-equipped Ram 1500:

The next gen Nissan Titan will have a Turbodiesel V8 built by Cummins, likely 5 liters.

Yeah, I heard about that. The only question will be pricing. And I'm mildly disappointed Nissan didn't use the V6 diesel it designed and already builds.

I'm looking forward to those. They will likely be great for people who want to tow small campers and such without having to go with a huge vehicle that uses a lot of fuel.

Thats not a bad price premium for the ram, i thought it would be more. Man alive they need this in the wrangler so bad, I think people would easily and happily drop the extra ~$3000 for it...given the popularity and high cost of diesel swaps.

I have a feeling that, if done even remotely competently, those will be quite a hit. I really hope they don't fuck this up. You can never make assumptions when it comes to GM though.

I'm learning Japanese so that this vehicle and I can properly fall in love.
