Say in some bizarre world you had to pick between a overpowered, soccer-mom SUV.
Where would you blow the pesos?
I don't think I'd have much problem with a Cayenne GTS, the redesign looks a bit better and the interior is pretty awesome.
Plus, this would be your response to others when you take it on the track and set some times.

V10 TDI Toureg, or maybe the W12...

I can't answer your question, because I'm stunned by the use of "overpowered", "soccer-mom" and "blow" in the same post.

Range Rover Sport Supercharged. That way, I can probably still go off road.

Wait, did I accidentally say something sexual?
I hate it when that happens...

Probably the new Range Rover Sport Supercharged. I was thoroughly impressed when Stig was flogging it on the track.

I'm with you. Either this, or the Range Rover Sport Supercharged (thanks, JRCB). Presuming of course that I want to spend 100k on an SUV...

hmmm, if im picking the sporty suv...I would pick the RR sport supercharged as well.
because weekend

Although my default response is always G63
But in this case, if i was spending my own money I would have to go with V10 TDI Toureg.
This would also be a valid option

Well, when you're 46 years old and have been married for half of your life, those things tend to catch your eye.

Saw a GTS yesterday and though, "I could live with that."
I think it's the only choice in the category you're venturing into. X5 M is too, well, BMWish; SQ5 is too small, Q7 V12 TDI is too big; ML65? Fast, for sure, but the last ML I drove was quite literally the numbest car I've ever driven; Touareg? It's the choice that would leave you with the best image and most of your dignity in tact, but it's just not the performer that the GTS is; Range Rover Sport? lol, like I'd be caught dead being seen in that shit.
GTS it is.

I mean, if we're going whole hog, give me this beast.
What was that, dear? Need more Q-Tips? OK, let me run to CVS. Be back in 3 hours.

If we made it interesting, I'd say you can pick between any modern or old version.
The GTS could be had with a manual and the sheer novelty of a 2 ton SUV with a manual and a singing V8 is something that while I do not understand I can fully embrace as something that was put on the market just because some guys got bored one day and convinced the financial department to let them try.

It almost sounds like one of Torchinsky's ridiculous pitches to an industry exec.

Whoa...
For all we know Torch is the one who might have suggested the GTS all along! :o

Heck, I'd take A VR6 2nd-gen Cayenne with AWD and a 6MT, if I could find and afford it.
Bonus if it is a good color, and I would fit TechArt Formula wheels on it.

G63 AMG. That would do nicely.

Ranger Rover Sport Supercharged. Because if you're gonna do it, go big. That or Tuareg v10.
