This little puppy was hoisted into place last weekend. Two huge steel sections make up a bicycle/pedestrian bridge, free-spanning 150m (492 ft) over the A15 road near Rotterdam. Once the two steel structures are welded together the temporary support structure will be removed. That will cause the thing to sag 58 cm (close to 2 ft) and presto, one huge worm... I mean bridge. So, #bridgelopnik.
