Saw this last year at the turkey run in Daytona. We actually saw it on our way in to the track, but then got to see it up close later on. It ha a crowd around it all day too.

I'm pretty sure they are. It was overall a really well executed build. It didn't look like any corners were cut. Plus, we saw at least two people riding in it.
